The following is a visual representation of aspects of our nonhumanity and how we personally experience it. Diagram created by us.
Definitions:
Nonhumanity: Denotes how nonhuman we feel. We experience ourselves as identifying as 100% nonhuman non-physically.
Humanity: Denotes how human we feel. We hardly feel human at all save for knowing our body is physically human.
Phantom Limbs: Denotes how whomever is controlling our body at any given time experiences a complete phantom body of their species overlaying our phyical human body. It is something anyone who fronts experiences for as long as they are fronting.
Instincts: Denotes how often we have and experience an assortment nonhuman instincts. Though we do not act on most of them, save for those that are safe and only then while in certain settings (example, not at work), they still run through our head. We do sometimes have to deal with instincts that break through when startled or whatnot.
S
hifting: Denotes how often we experience what we could call a proper shift. We stopped really experiencing shifts in our early 20s and began having more constant experiences instead. So shifting is not a strong part of personal nonhuman experiences anymore.
Species Dysphoria: Denotes how strong and often we experience species dysphoria. Most often for us or species dysphoria is a body related dysphoria; a feeling of our phyical body having traits that feel alien or ill-fitting of how we think and feel.
Species Euphoria: Denotes how strongly and often we experience species euphoria. We experience a feeling of "rightness" when we acknowledge or affirm own species identities. It feels nice when people who know us acknowledge or affirm what we are internally. Things like that.
Spiritual Influence: Denotes how our nonhumanity is heavily influenced by our spirituality. Our spiritual practice could not/would not exist if we weren't nonhuman. Our spirituality heavily involves out-of-body experiences, working with nonhuman spirits and souls, sometimes taking in (literally) nonhuman souls in need of place to exist if they don't want to pass on, and more. Our nonhumanity isn't our religion but our spirituality is heavily influenced by our nonhumanity.
Psychological /Neurological Influences: Denotes how heavily we feel your nonhumanity is tired into your neurodiversity and various psychological factors. We certainly feel like there is a connection to our nonhumanity and our autism. (Not that they are one in the same, more like they bounce off each other.) We also feel like trauma and other experiences that effected us psychotically also effected our nonhumanity.
Pride: Denotes how strongly we feel any pride regarding your nonhumanity. We feel a sense of pride and self-affirmation when we note our comfort and acceptance with our nonhumanity. We feel a desire to spread awareness and even acceptance about nonhumanity/otherkinity/therianthropy to both those with similar experiences as well as those who do not.
Expression: Denotes how much we outwardly express our nonhumanity in how we decorate our body and our living areas. We do own a theta-detla necklace which we always wear. Also, in lieu of traditional family photographs we instead of art or photos of animals that are similar to members of our multiple system (since we can't exactly take photos of us as we really are in the usual way of things). We also have a few smaller ways of outwardly expressing our nonhumanity as well.
Plural Interaction: Denotes how strongly our existence and experiences with nonhumanity is tied into our existence and experiences of plurality. We cannot full talk about one without bring up the other in some respects. We are not each other's species/theriotypes; we are many nonhumans sharing the same human body.
